I need advice from someone who understands the effects of sexual addiction?

How long should the physical problems (such as erectile dysfunction and inorgasmia) take to return to normal? If a guy hasn't had any sexual activity for approx. 2 months (including masterbation, oral, etc.), should he still have difficulties getting an erection? (Please note that there are no other health concerns/medications relating to the problem).I need advice from someone who understands the effects of sexual addiction?
To answer the person above, by sexual addiction, he meant by addiction of sex from over masturbating. There are a lot of side effects from over masturbation.
