Hey, I need advice on where to shop for good clothes?

I'm a tall skinny guys. Im about 6'4'; and only about 160 pounds and headed for college in a few months and would like to change up my closet so i was lookin for some advice on what looks good for tall skinny guys. Clothes that I have bought before are either too long for my chest and end up looking really baggy or they are too short but fit my torso length.
