Can i get some Tips and Advice on 6 meal a Day plan?

I sort of get why it is good and want to start but, all i really can think of to eat for meals is like a chicken breast and a cup of vegeis. What are some other foods good to eat and that are high in protien because im working out too? Like i said any extra details or tips would be nice on it.Can i get some Tips and Advice on 6 meal a Day plan?
try to eat a balanced meal in each of the six meals





balance means include protein, fiber, carbs, healthy fats and lots of low sweet liquids

Eggs, oatmeal, yogurt, beans, lentils, nuts, fish, brown rice, vegetables, sweet potatoes, salad, protein powder shakes........
