I cant do a single wide grip pull up, any advice on how to start?

ive been trying to work on my back by doing wide grip pullups but i cant even lift my self up a centimeter. how should i go about developing on this exercise?I cant do a single wide grip pull up, any advice on how to start?

Just keep at it. Keep trying to do 1 every day. Get as far up as you can. Take a rest and try again. Try 10 times if you have to. Quit for the day when you feel you aren't making any progress. Slowly, but surely, you will build the muscles necessary to pull yourself up.





Alternatively, see if your gym has an assisted pullup/dip machine that helps counter some of your bodyweight during a pullup. Use that until you no longer need any weight to do a pullup.
start with some girl push ups then work your way to regular push ups to build strenght in your arms for the pull ups
