Can someone give me some good advice of how to firm up my stomach and thighs in 6 weeks?

any mature answers would be appreciated...Thankyou!Can someone give me some good advice of how to firm up my stomach and thighs in 6 weeks?
You have to work out 5 times a week for 2hours and that's no joke :) ,balanced diet-you know the likes(fruits,vegetables)


Just eat small meals and don't skip breakfast,eat lite meals ,fruit salads,drink lots of water,avoid fats%26amp;junk foods,walk and do yoga.Squats are best for thighs and yes some firming creams after the workout:-)

Exercise and a healthy diet! Exercise daily, even a brisk walk can do. Drink plenty of water and eat fruits/vegetables. Don't drink sodas or eat junk food. You should be able to achieve your goal in a matter of times.
the best thing to do is eat salad, swimming, avoid fast food,eat slow and in less quntity by this you can cheat your brain but see to it you do not eat in noisy place. you can do yoga or go to gym.at lest keep space of 3 to 4 hrs.
