What is the best advice you can give someone going to an Interview ?

I have one tomorrow !!What is the best advice you can give someone going to an Interview ?
You already have the job, you just don't know it.

What is the best advice you can give someone going to an Interview ?
Just DON'T BE YOURSELF!

-and (if you're a girl): look at the person's eyes ALL THE TIME except occasional looking to your left while you're need to talk for a bit longer.

-and (if you're a dude): you don't stand a chance. (Cause clothing companys don't hire straight males, right?)

Occasional smiles ONLY while you're talking, and don't forget; if they're looking someone reliable, while you're listening to person: puff your lips (like teens in america do nowadays), but JUST A BIT, they tend to overdo it, to get a serious look.

prepare what you are going to say:

why do you want this job?

what are your strengths and weaknesses?

where do you see yourself in 5 years?

describe how you overcame a challenge?

how would you lead a team?

etc

remember, the interview could be a new experience for them as well.
Keep calm.

Always look at the interviewer when answering questions.

If you need to pause before answering a question, so you can think, then don't be afraid to do so.

Sit up straight.

GOOD LUCK.
Tell them you're honored to be there. If they ask your preference on pay, etc., answer ';open';. Don't present yourself as arrogant.
Be real, be honest, be clean, and don't use a lot of perfume. Thats it.
Firm hand shake and look them strait in there eyes when you talk.

GOOD LUCK
yer ask how many immigrants work there if say lots you know they like cheap labour
in a word..relax
