I accidentally swallowed a battery can anyone give me advice?

Last night a friend dared me to eat dinner with an AA battery in my mouth. I accidentally swallowed it. This morning I woke up with some stomach pains and now i have a fever. Could the battery be causing this? Can anyone suggest a home remedy for this. I do not want to go to the hospital because im an organ donor and am afraid they will let me die.I accidentally swallowed a battery can anyone give me advice?

yes the battery is causing these pains, and it will probably come out with the rest of your dinner. it probably will be really rusted and smell bad. but thats if everything works out. it could get stuck in your esophogus, or anywhere. it could explode if the stomach acids hit the right spot. that was really stupid thing to do. i wouldn't do it if my mom told me to. why listen to a friend. better to be safe than be sorry. call a doctor, go to the hospital. might have to have surgery, but hey let them laugh. at least your still alive. sorry if i here about this on the news.

my advice, you're a damn retard. we are all better off with out you. you should have thrown it up when you swallowed it. there are acids, toxic chemicals, and metals, and other **** in batteries. you are one of those kids that eats the packet marked ';do not eat'; in the beef jerky packages. seriously, if you die it will be your own fault, and probably because you didn't go to the doctor. next time you and your idiot friends have one of these awesome ideas, stop and ask yourself the following question. Your symptoms could be caused by the battery, yes, it's a strong possibility. Don't worry though, your stomach acid HOPEFULLY isn't strong enough to break down the protective casing around the acid and you'll eventually **** it out.

First of all, why would you accually do that dare? Secondly, you do have to go to the hospital because batterys have acid in them so you can die very easily. The docters wont let you die because they are docters and if u do die (which you wont) you wouldve died anyway!
Firstly...they don't let organ donors die. Hospitals don't even CHECK if you're an organ donor until after you're declared dead. That's a stupid myth.





That said, going to the hospital is the best idea. Batteries contain VERY VERY strong acid which could pose some very serious health problems.
um, sorry, but most likely your getting some sort of metal poisoning such as nickel. You really shoudl go to the hospital. it could turn deadly, very quick. Also, just cause your an organ donor doesnt mean thayd let you die. thayd save you, cuz they cant take organs with any sort of poisoning/
Honey they won't let you die but if you don't go to an emergency room immediately you could die because the longer the battery is inside of you the more damage it will do.
