I'm going out of the country for a month, the longest vacation I've ever taken was a week, so I don't really know how to pack. Does anyone have any advice? I'm going to Mexico if that helpsDoes anyone have any advice for an extended vacation?
depends on what part of Mexico you are visiting...
I've been to Nuevo Laredo a couple of times, and it was cool.
but for safety, stay within the tourist traps.Does anyone have any advice for an extended vacation?
If it's about more than just fun trip, take in some learning 'mini' vacations like Mexican pottery or cooking classes or volunteer at a commmunity programme.
Also, remember to check the weather reports from time to time as the hurricane season is in full swing. Mexico can get a hit from both Pacific Hurricane events and the Atlantic hurricane events. And you will need to hunker down or move - with your longer spell, you can make that choice.
Well, Dont make your bag so full you cant fit anything and than your suit case is going to ripp... make sure you dont do that, In the mean time go ahead and get about 2 weeks worth of shirts and pants.
When you are done wearing your 2 weeks of clothes find a washing machine and deposit some pasos... if you cant find those go to the front counter and they should have them.
Have fun and make sure you dont drink the water!
Pack light! It's Mexico so you can buy a lot there cheap...plus you'll get to bring a lot back then! I'd say 1 pair of jeans, a bunch of dresses and a few bathing suits. The rest you can buy! Have fun... I'm jealous :D
Well which part of mexico??? If its hot there (probably is) i would pack spaghetti straps 4 girls t-shirts 4 boy and shorts a lot of those cloths (no jeans)
