Advice for a 16 yr old trying to loose weight?

My goal is to loose 20 lbs. I'm going to try a running system (but with it being winter, idk it's gets pretty cold in Va) I also do situps but how many of those should i do? (I've started low with 50 but I'm going to move those up). What other things do recommend? And how many calories should I consume daily?Advice for a 16 yr old trying to loose weight?
im 17 and i've recently lost 25 lbs in about 6 months. you have to be patient.

also, make sure to keep running. its hard when its cold but its worth it!! also, do you have a gym you could go to, or maybe one at school. hit the weights and eat clean!!

1500 to 2000, you are young and metabolism should be higher, when hungry small glass of milk.
sit ups will not make you lose weight. you need to go on the treadmill, swim, jog, lift weights. consume about 1,000-1,500.


one pound shed=3,500 calories burned. aim to jog on the treadmill or eliptical until you burn 500. and in one week, with a good diet, you willl lose one pound. 20 weeks=20 pounds. good luck.
just try to eat less dont look at food it will tempt u!! then invite some old frends and play kiddy games! u can run around and loose a lot of waitt and yes im serious
