Anyone have any advice for getting the ps3 hard drive out? Ive destroyed the thread in the screw?

The blue screw connecting harddrive to chassis - ive pretty much destroyed the thread so I cannot get the hard drive out. Any advice?Anyone have any advice for getting the ps3 hard drive out? Ive destroyed the thread in the screw?
For the blue screw: Normally use the right size torx or phillips screwdriver. Although if its stripped and destroyed: Use a tube of screwgrab and dab a bit on the tips of some long nose pilers. Grip the blue screw firmly and turn it slowly. It should work.

For the small harddrive screws: use a 1ptx150mm screwdriver and turn it.

Drilling should be used if ALL else fails. (Not recommended).

When you put the screws back on, tighten it by HAND so that you'd never have to go through this difficulty again when upgrading with another harddrive!Anyone have any advice for getting the ps3 hard drive out? Ive destroyed the thread in the screw?
Take a drill bit just a hair smaller then the screw then start drill slowly only about 4 mm then take some needle nose pliers and grab the screww bending the sides of thescrew in a hair then either try to turn it or keep crushing the screw with the pliers and force it out.
